THE STORY BEHIND THE SMERALDO FLOWER
I have seen many people wanted to know more about BTS's song, The Truth Untold that was released on May 2018. From the lyrics, many people are confused. So, here is the story.... Prepare your tissues.

There is a story named 'La Città di smeraldo' that originates in small city called Smeraldo in the 1500s-1600s.
The
story’s about a hideous man who lived and hid in an old castle
alone.Due
of his looks, he received lots of hate & cruelty while by a lot of
people while.growing up. Growing up was not fun for him. He
never once opened his heart to anyone because he does not like people.
Whenever someone tried to approach him,
he hid in anger. His only way to happiness was to plant flowers in his
garden.
One day a beautiful woman appeared near the man’s castle. She leaped over the garden fence like a thief and stole a flower from the man's garden. At first, the man was full of anger. So he watched his garden all night to make sure the woman does not steal his flowers but when he fell a sleep, the woman took another flower. He continued guarding his garden for few nights.
The
man pretended to be sleeping and watched the woman steal his flowers.
He
started becoming curious about the woman. He began waiting for her to
come steal his flowers without realizing he kept waiting for the woman
to come to his garden and the next day he seemed a little brighter
because he saw the woman.
The man followed the woman and he saw the woman was selling the flowers that she stole from his garden to make a living. The woman was ill and poor. The man desperately wanted to help the woman to be better and have more money to spend for herself but he was worried and afraid that she might be terrified by his ugly appearance. He knew she would not like his unlovely appearance. So he decided to do something sweet.
He thought that the only way he would be able to help her is to let her continue stealing his pretty flowers from his beautiful garden.
The man then made a flower that doesn’t even exist on the planet, so that the woman could sell them at an costly price. Until now, pretty flowers are expensive.
He began to create
the flower in his castle. After trying a lot of times, the man created a
flower that out of this world. He filled his
garden with the new flower happily,but the woman never came. He waited
and waited and waited but she
never came.
He made a decision to find the woman at the market where the woman sold his flowers. Eventually,he found out that the woman passed away due to her illness.
BigHit Ent. revealed that BTS’ next comeback’s theme is love yourself. In the story the man did not love himself.
If he had loved himself he could have showed his face to the woman, and helped her before she died.
