FAMILY GENETIC DISEASE
MY FAMILY'S GENETIC DISEASE My family has this genetic disease called Vitiligo. It means that the skin cells pigments got destroyed and there is no cure. My mother had this disease since 2006 after giving birth to my brother.My grandma had it. So my mother had it.The thing is,not everybody has it.One generation,one perosn will have this disease. People with vitiligo have white spots on their skin on certain areas on their body.They come in many shapes. My mom has a heart-shaped one on the cheek.It will grow over the years. IS THERE ANY CURE? NO.There is actually no specific reason.My mother and grandmother used to put some medication cream on the white spots to stop it growing for a while but the stopped using the creams because she wanted to embrace the beauty of vitiligo and it's uniqeness.
